Fancourt is a member of the "Great Golf Resorts of the world" and in 2003 hosted the Presidents cup. The Fancourt golf courses are comprised of two 18-hole golf courses both designed by Gary Player. It is without a doubt then that Fancourt is one of the leading golf Estates in South Africa, with its perfectly manicured greens and superb views, it makes for an excellent golfing holiday!
There are four courses : The Links, Outeniqua, Montagu and Bramble Hill. Bramble Hill is the only course that caters especially for visitors, the rest of the courses are only available to the Fancourt hotel guests. For the amateur golfer there is the Fancourt golf school with its own 4-hole course, a driving range and class rooms all under cover.

The Fancourt Montagu is one of the top courses in South Africa.The scenery fromt he Montagu consists of mountains, water and wildlife. The course itself provides a challenge for all levels of golfer.

The Links
The Links is the top course and unique to South Africa. The course has undulating windswept terrain with a dune style landscape. The Links is a very challenging course but has an overall balance between length, hazards and shot values. The actual links was the course upon which the Presidents cup was held.

The Outeniqua
The Gary Player designed Outeniqua golf course offers world class golfing in a superb setting of mountains, water and wildlife. Since the Outeniqua is limited to members and guests only, there is plenty of time to enjoy your Fancourt golfing experience.
